Poetry will be the death of me, is finally published. Initially available as paperback at Amazon, and eBook on Kindle and Kindle Unlimited.
This sequel picks up where Predestination ended, in the summer of 1553.
King Edward VI has passed away and England faces the prospect of abiding by Edward's 'Devise for the Succession' and giving the crown to Lady Jane Grey, or crowning Lady Mary, Edward's eldest sister. Mary is Catholic and Jane is Protestant, hence Edward's desire to pass the crown to Jane.
This must have been a scary time for followers of either flavour of religion, and a worrying time for everyone in the country as the prospect of civil war loomed.
Enjoy!
